We had a lovely few days at this dog friendly apartment. It was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean.
The kitchen was well equipped with good quality implements.
The apartment is in an interesting and attractive area. The nearby church grounds are perfect for a quick dog walk.
Easy walk to the town and interesting pun just round the corner.
We had no problems finding a parking space on the street close to the property.
All in all, a great few days.
Elaine’s apartment was very comfortable and clean with neutral decor. It was a great convenient location in the town and easy walk to shops and attractions in Alnwick. There was a lovely sunny courtyard at the back shared with the upstairs apartment. Even though the apartment was next to the road it wasn’t noisy at all, just a little traffic noise at the peak times of the day which was fine. Alnwick and Elaine’s apartment is a lovely place to stay.

Fabulous cottage, beautifully decorated. Exactly as described, everything you would want for a stay in Alnwick. All local attractions are within walking distance of the cottage. Would visit again without a moments hesitation.

Been to Alnwick a few times, but the location of this place was great. it took 2 minutes to walk into town via the back alleyway abs the last time i stayed – although the place was in town – it was noisy at night. Elaine’s place was very peaceful and near a beutiful church. The space was immaculate and the kitchen table was great for a sociable chat/meal. We travelled as a group of 5 friends and had plenty of space.
The apartment was lovely, and fantastically positioned to walk into the centre of Alnwick in fewer than 5 minutes. The apartment was just as specified, and everything was spotlessly clean.
Elaine and her team were extremely responsive, which was great. And there were very clear instructions about how to access to the property, and once inside.

We had a lovely few days in Alnwick in Elaine’s apartment. Elaine’s place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to a number of restaurants, pubs and bars. Driving distance to a number of great villages including Alnmouth, Bamburgh and Holy Island. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Northumberland.
The Apartment was lovely and an ideal layout for our family. The furnishings were modern yet in keeping with the style of the property. The kitchen diner and outdoor seating area were fantastic spaces for socialising as a family. The location is great and within walking distance of Alnwick Town centre. There is access to on-street parking. Elaine was a great host and quickly responds to all messages. Would recommend a stay at the apartment and with Elaine as a host.
